How We Work? Including As Much Price Transparency As We Can Provide for Custom Tailored Services!

You Complete Your Application.  We Review It.  If we believe you are a good fit to benefit from our services, we email you a PDF form requesting additional information from you.  When you return the additional information, we review it to prepare for an initial consultation via Google Meet. We send you an initial consultation agreement.  After you electronically sign that initial consultation agreement, we send you a link to our scheduling calendar to schedule your initial Google Meet consultation, and an invoice for that initial consultation to be pre-paid.  The fee for an initial consultation before any discounts is $550.00 for a one-hour initial consultation call via Google Meet.

During that initial call we will discuss pertinent issues we believe should be addressed by your tax and lifestyle optimization plan, including any issues of concern with your current situation.   At the end of that initial consultation call we will discuss preparing a detailed implementation plan for your use & whether or not you would like to retain our services to assist you with managing the implementation of the plan.

If you want a plan, we will provide you with an agreement to draft an implementation strategy plan for your use to implement on your own.  If you want a plan and our assistance in managing the implementation of the plan, we will provide you with an agreement to draft the plan and a consultant implementation retainer agreement.  Upon receiving your electronic signature, as it regards those agreements, we will send you an invoice for our services due at that time.

A strategic implementation plan alone will typically cost $1500 to $4000 to draft depending on the plan's complexity.  A strategic implementation plan coupled with a consultant implementation retainer agreement will include our fees, plus the cost of local legal counsel and local accountant fees in the appropriate jurisdictions, as well as the cost of any associated entity creation necessary to implement the plan, in addition to any necessary transfer pricing study costs, or Employer of Record fees necessary, along with appropriate fees for necessary banking introductions to establish necessary accounts.  Our implementation fees start at $10,000 plus costs; however, this fee is inclusive of any strategic implementation plan.  Costs of local counsel, necessary entity formation, banking introductions, and local accountant fees will increase the costs of implementing a plan.  Complexity, likewise, will increase the costs of our fee.
